Formulator, this system looks good. But now I don't know whether to stick with The Honey Pot or switch to this one or get both?

Hi morgan, this system was designed to produce more "Hits" and hence more winning opportunities than my other system "The Honey Pot" which incidently incorporates more filters etc than this new expanded system, and although that sysyem has a slightly greater "PoT", there are less selections and therefore less winners too. I intend removing "The Honey Pot" in due course once members are no longer subscribing to it. So to answer your question, switching to this new system should be preferable for greater long term results..... Thankyou and good punting!

Hi, Just wondering when "qualifies with starting price > $n" is mentioned a) How soon / what time of day to do this? 9am? 10mins before race? b) what source is best (bookie, fixed odds, tab, ...?). Comparing the jackpot record to my starting week I noticed for example 13/3 canterbury R2 5 Triple fortune qualify > 5, bookie SP 5.5, tab 6.5ish (lucky it won any way!), but doesn't show in jackpot log so obviously a fineline when to compare the $5 starting. Also noticed for country venues I can't find a site with odds in the morning, need to wait closer to race time. Thanks for any help.

Hi hightower, as i have been being doing further work and testing of this system , pre post prices should no longer be an issue to worry about. There is also more action as you will see, and this being an original system, there is no need to look elsewhere ...... Formulator, do you know why Amber Albert and Kemtain aren't included in the results. I received notifications for both those runners. Also Some Boy I didn't get a notification for. It would be good to get the same horses as shown. I want to be on all your tips. I also like the change regarding removing the SP price requirement.

Hi morgan, as you know i have been making further improvements to the system including removing the SP price to save a lot of confusion, however these changes have had an effect on the results given and explains why the selections are slightly different and as to why there were no notifications of certain horses like "Some Boy" for example. I am continuing to look into ways in improving the system further for the benefit of us all, although bear in mind there may be similar instances of differing notifications and results. I thank you and the other subscribers for your continuing patronage, hopefully we can all benefit from it.......By the way, thanks for the comments you posted yesterday, sorry i was to late to respond .... Hi morgan, Yeah! the selection was outside my criterea ..... However now that the System Builder hits have been increased i am presently working on a bigger and better version of this system as i was limited as to what i could do before. The new system also tipped Grand Vision as well as few other good priced winners recently as well. I expect to have it ready and made public within the next week or two once i have finished testing and checking etc ..... By the way, i noticed you had your own system public for a while " Star Destructor", what happened to it ?.

Sounds good. I put my system back up, I am still working on it though. Half as good as yours ($144,000 profit) Some filters don't work practically to me like the weight limit value. If I select a weight limit of above 53.9kgs and the horse has 59kg and the lowest weighted horse in the race is 54kg the horse doesn't show up at all. For example Control Agent in Scone race 6 today. When I take that filter out the horse comes back in. Makes no sense as the lowest weighted horse is 54 kgs which is above the weight limit of 53.9kgs which I selected. Still plenty to do to get up to your level.

Hi morgan .. It seems like the main criteria of your system are similar to the ones in my own system ?.... Anyway i haven't been using the System Builder all that long myself and i am still learning new stuff all the time and sometimes puzzling ones like you are now discovering yourself. When it comes to the weight limit increments, i really can't work out why they go up in ".1s" rather than the normal "5s", maybe there is an issue with this criteria ?. There are similar .1 increments with the Jockey allowance criteria as well, which you may of already discovered for yourself. When it all comes down to it though it's all a matter of experimentation and learning, even though it is frustrating at times..... I wish you good luck ( but not too much Ha!Ha! ) with your new system.

Formulator, yes some are. I can take off public if it is a concern. There is still a problem with horses appearing in results without notifications (eg. Somebody, Jaws and Whatawaltz) I didn't receive notifications for those runners plus I received 3 notifications for horses that then don't appear. That is why I need to know what the rules are. How much will you sell your rules for??? I would be interested in buying them so that I could run this system properly and if Punting Form don't send me a notification then at least I know what the selections are. If you are the creator of the system it is fine as you know what rules are borderline and you can then make checks yourself.

Hi morgan ... I am flattered with your offer of purchasing the rules to this system off me. I am in fact about to make public a better version still of this system with a new name as there will be significant changes to the critiria etc, at the moment i am just putting it through final checks before releasing it..... Regarding your problem of horses appearing in the results without notifications, i have been been carrying out my own seperate research in recent times and have informed Administration of my findings. We have since been in regular correspondence over issues. I would suggest you get in touch with Admin over any of your concerns as they are in a better position to give you a more detailed and informative response than i am..... Cheers!

Well done the Jackpot has struck with Are You Sirius winning at $46. I thought I had gone with the wrong system at the top but finally yours has delivered. I also spoke to admin about those notifications and I understand the issues they are having now but they are working hard to rectify them. I am comfortable with that. I can't wait for your next system to be released.

Hi Rudi, it is up to you of course, but personally i bet each way if the place odds are decent, usually putting on more for the place than the win as this system usually throws up horses at good prices ....Cheers!

Formulator because of the amount of work you have put into both systems I am going to stay subscribed to both systems and trade them individually. I like the Jackpot and the 2 winners we got on Sunday your new system didn't get. The Jackpot is still the 2nd best system on here.

Thanks morgan, i appreciate your support.... I will keep this system public whilst you or any other member is still interested in subscribing to it. As you noted there will be a few differences between the results of this system and my other *MEGA POT* one. Although the latter may miss out on the occassional winner, in the long term it latches onto more winners that The Jackpot will not get, as can be seen seen from the results if you compare the systems side by side. It should be noted that on most occassions both systems will give the same notifications, but of course they will differ a little from time to time with the MEGA POT providing more winning opportunites with more runner notifications.
